At LoCo Tri, we stand behind the products we sell and the service we provide.


If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase. We’ll gladly offer a refund or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

Shipping

 

We ship most apparel and accessory items within the Continental United States.


Orders are processed as quickly as possible, though some may require additional time for inspection, packaging, or verification. You will receive confirmation once your order has shipped.


Please note: Due to manufacturer dealer agreements, certain bikes may not be eligible for shipping.

 

Shipping Rates

 

  • Economy (5–8 business days): $4.99

  • Standard (3–5 business days): $8.99

  • Express (1–3 business days): $14.99

 

Oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges.

***At this time, we do not ship outside the Continental U.S.***

 


 

Free In-Store Pickup

 

In-store pickup is always free — including bikes and oversized items.


Some products may require additional time for transfer from off-site inventory or professional assembly. We’ll contact you when your order is ready.


If you need something immediately, please call ahead to confirm availability.


Orders not picked up within 30 days (unless prior arrangements are made) may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:

 

Standard Returns

  • Returns accepted within 30 days

  • Items must be unused, in new condition

  • Original packaging required

  • Refund issued after inspection

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If we made a mistake or the product is defective, we will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund.

 

Restocking

Items showing signs of use or returned without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Labor and service charges

  • Bike fits

  • Custom builds (including custom wheel builds)

  • Installed components

  • Special orders

 

We cannot accept COD shipments.

 


 

Pricing & Inventory

 

We work hard to maintain accurate pricing and inventory. However, errors may occasionally occur. LoCo Tri reserves the right to cancel or decline any order affected by pricing, availability, or listing errors.


If you notice something that doesn’t look right, we appreciate you letting us know.

 


 

Information Security

 

Your data is protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption during checkout. We do not display full credit card numbers in your account, and you may choose whether to store payment information.


We may use trusted third-party providers to fulfill orders and process payments. They are granted access only to the information necessary to perform their services.
